※When weather takes a sudden turn after 20:00 (suspension of traffic of Fuji Subaru Line, Fuji thistle line, Fujisan Skyline, other expressways), on the day tour may be called off after the meeting. In that case, there are not refunds such as the hotel charges transportation expenses that it cost before meeting.
※There is not refund about tour cancelled of (after the bus departure) after the departure.
Is Mount Fuji admission fee to a temple necessary?
Travel expenses do not include Fuji mountain climbing toll, admission fee to a temple (the fee for use of the up descent from a mountain way) *. Please pay respectively in the field.

Can you not climb a mountain by climbing a mountain restrictions?
It is not set a limit to climbing a mountain if there are any room reservations of mountain hut. In the case of reservation, we may climb by climbing a mountain limit on tour if you can make a reservation because Overnight becomes product of set.

Even if Japanese cannot talk at all, can you participate?

Can you rent mountain-climbing equipment?
We prepare rental rainwear rucksack cover headlight rucksack (30 L), stock trekking shoes (mountain climbing shoes). For details, please confirm from guidance of rental mountain-climbing equipment of each area page for each departure place because setting is different. There is not rental of other mountain-climbing equipment. Please prepare respectively.

Till when can you propose travel accident insurance?

We are going to go to the fifth stage of Mount Fuji by oneself. Can the field participate?
Customer who does not become Boarding to bus cannot have you participate in this tour.

Is there break in (from the field to departure place) until we arrive at the field?
It depends on traffic jams, but will travel at a round-trip pace to take break together once in about two hours.

What is there at the Mount Fuji fifth stage?
Fuji Yoshidaguchi
Four rest houses are at the fifth stage of Fuji Yoshidaguchi, and there is rest station, rest room, stand (food, drink, souvenir, pilgrim's staff, mountain climbing article), restaurant, locker. In the facilities to use, Yoshidaguchi from Kanto Departure, Tokai "overlooks Mount Fuji", and, as for Kansai Departure, Shizuoka Departure, it is in "kumojokaku".
*sokuchi
There are two rest houses in *sokuchi, and there is rest station, rest room, stand (food, drink, souvenir, pilgrim's staff, mountain climbing article), restaurant, locker. Facilities to use become "Kikuya".
Fuji Miyaguchi
The fifth stage of Fuji Miyaguchi includes rest rooms.
At the Mount Fuji fifth stage, can we leave baggage?
You can use locker (pay) in Yoshidaguchi, *sokuchi.
As Fuji Miyaguchi does not have locker, please use locker (pay) of "Hana-no-Yu" to go by way of on the way.
Does locker not become insufficient? Can we leave baggage by all means?
About 70 lockers have Fuji Yoshidaguchi to overlook Mount Fuji. But it becomes full, and there is case which we cannot leave baggage at for busy season. "It overlooks Mount Fuji" in pay, and customer of participation resembles if we will walk Mount Fuji in the case and keeps.
In addition, in *sokuchi, Fuji Miyaguchi, Gotemba tongue comes by postponement likewise in "Hana-no-Yu" in "Kikuya".

It varies according to time, but from 4:40 to 5:00 are indications during from 4:20 to 4:40, August during July. For more details, please confirm in mountain hut.
Why don't you want to go to restroom during mountain climbing?
There is restroom in each mountain hut of mountain trail. 200 yen is needed for one use. (after ※ beginning of July, the middle of September, it may be closed down partly.) When you go to restroom for plan working under guide in the case of participation other than the break, hang a roar to guide by all means.
Is Mount Fuji hot? Do you feel cold?

We participate in course with "visiting crater wall of Mt. Fuji option" working under the mountains guide specialized in Mount Fuji. When we do not participate in option, meanwhile, how should we be?

Fuji Yoshidaguchi
There are two restrooms on lower mountain path. As there is not stand, necessary thing recommends descent from a mountain after the purchase in mountain hut.

One mountain hut is at sand run and join of mountain trail.
Fuji Miyaguchi
Mountain trail and lower mountain path are common. You can use each mountain hut.
Gotemba Exit
As pigeon way and lower mountain path climbing a mountain are common, there is mountain hut from the mountaintop to 7 go 5 shaku. Rest room, stand does not have bottom than great sand run to the fifth stage.
Is it possible not to get on bus of return (we abandon beforehand)?
When back bus is abandoned in the field, return is back in not being taken to the following facilities, and tell about not being taken definitely.

When we are not in time for the bus departure time of return?
Bus will depart on schedule. When you are not in time, please come back through public transport (passenger bus) with customer burden after the use. We retrace way where we came to, and can we come back?
Mountain trail of Mount Fuji Yoshidaguchi is different from uphill way in downhill path. We walk lower mountain path at the time of descent from a mountain. There is no mountain hut on lower mountain path. Restroom becomes only two places, too.
Lower mountain path diverges on the way in one place of "Yoshida route" and "*sokuchi route". Please be careful about way hesitation enough.
Fuji Miyaguchi becomes way which mountain trail and lower mountain path have the same, but there is one divergence when we go down Gotemba route halfway and pass through the side of the Hoei era volcano and come back to Fujinomiya route.
Please be careful by any chance when divergence is descended by mistake to the fifth stage as junction will have or you return in the actual expenses of customer on the way.
