Common question FAQ of ski bus tour

When is delivery of participation ticket?

We will distribute ticket necessary for trip to bus ticket, accommodation coupon, lift exchange ticket in at the time of meeting or the bus inside of car on the day of the departure. In addition, as for the ticket, I would like confirmation such as the number of sheets, the number of people on the spot by all means. In case of loss cannot reissue.

When are bargain plan (accommodation-designated plan that there is no) accommodations decided?

In the case of early reservation, it is decided five days before accommodation date. If it is approximately five days ago, please refer to Reservation center for person whom you want to know beforehand. But, about reservation that was under ten days ago of departure, we may be going to have you confirm by ticket to hand on the leaving day.
As for the sending planned customer, I would like early reservation with baggage.

Is bus reserved seat?

Seat of bus becomes all seat reserved seats. As you post seating chart on bus entrance, please sit down to seat according to seating chart.

Does seat of bus become neighboring by all means if we propose together?

All of the groups considers as much as possible to become the neighbors and seat of neighborhood.

Do we want to distribute From in group?

Departure from separate points is possible in group. We register in Shinjuku (Tokorozawa), and groups come to leave afterwards in the neighbors and seat nearby as we suffer from bus to Joetsu transfer.
※Return of tour from Tokyo becomes service to Shinjuku. It does not stop in Tokyo Station.

Is bus non-smoking?

It becomes all car smoking cessation. Smoking is at designated place, please for break.

Snowboarding to load onto bust rank, carry-on of ski are free.

Does rental need reservation?

About rental plan on, it needs all advanced reservations except plan of hotel rental rental of Naeba Prince Hotel green plaza Joetsu. In addition, as for the rental ski three points set, board, boots stock, board two points set become board, boots.
※Customer who does not make a reservation beforehand becomes the actual expenses adjustment in the field. Cautions
※By 1-day ticket plan, you can use for 1,500 yen - 2,000 yen (on-site payment) a day about outside additional rental ski snowboarding per night in partner facilities for lift exchange ticket period of use. ※Please confirm in each product page.

Is participation of child possible, too?

In the case of protector companion, limit, participation of children under 15 are possible, too. The child price is applied to child until 3-11 years old. (but limited to plan with the child price setting.) Children 12 years or older are the adult price and the same amount.
※Parental consent form is required for participants under 16 years old.
※Please refrain from participation of child of infant until 0 years old - 2 years old.

We proposed to plan to stay, but, after the arrival at the field, where should we go?

You have, at first, accommodations drop in after the arrival at the field, and staying customer changes the clothes, and please leave for slope after leaving baggage.
We may become handled as cancellation when you do not come to accommodation in disconnection. Please be careful enough.

Can it arrive at the accommodations early in the morning?

It follows bus arrival time. After the arrival, please wait until lift service start at the accommodations.

Do accommodations have amenities (towel, yukata, toothbrush)?

Bargain accommodation plan (plan that is undecided at the time of reservation accommodations) becomes pension, guest house, and there is not preparation for amenities. In addition, bath and toilet become shared. Please confirm plan that accommodations Person is decided on than application screen of each course.

How many days is participant change all right until ago?
