    Event "art museum of 2026 Chitose, Lake Shikotsu ice wave matsuri ice" representing winter of Hokkaido is held in Shikotsukoonsen, Chitose-shi, Hokkaido for from January 31, 2026 to February 23. It is festival of ice utilized climate of Lake Shikotsu of intense cold and directs the fantastic world lighted up by colorful light at night.
