Submission of boarding list becomes required, and there is entry of passport number in the question on garinko boarding. We ask about passport number on that day. When you do not know, please be careful as you cannot get on garinko.

It becomes each person, freedom food with marine interchange building. Ramen restaurant and convenience store are in "marine interchange hall" where garinko platform is including food court.

■About substitute at the time of the drift ice situation and garinko suspension of service and refund■
1) When drift ice icebreaker is canceled by weather
・・We drop in at Okhotsk drift ice science center "Giza" as refund, substitute of adult 4,000 yen/dwarf 3,000 yen.
2) When we cannot go to Monbetsu by traffic condition
・・We drop in at Sounkyo icefall Festival as refund, substitute of adult 4,000 yen/dwarf 3,000 yen. (with admission of Sounkyo icefall Festival)

※In the case of traveling participation to Hokkaido, Sapporo, please refrain from participation of the last day of the trip of customer. (there is not compensation at the time of bus delay.)
※Arrival of bus may delay by traffic condition. Please note that there is not security when means of transportation were finished. In addition, we drop in by weather or congestion, and sojourn time of facilities shortens and may be called off. Trip of calling may be mixed up by issue car.
※We do child price with 3 years old - 11 years old
