In visit course, guide introduces process of manufacture of beer and mini-knowledge happily. After visit, please realize the freshness of Asahi Super Dry of factory fresh one!

Introduction of visit point


Please see about approach of Asahi Breweries with three large screen before the factory tour.

We can actually touch malt and hop which are main material of beer.

We stew raw materials in big pot and make wort (bakuju) causing beer. In control room, we manage beer brewing for 24 hours.

You can look at structure of fermentation and fermenting picture with model of tank.

We add brewery yeast to wort and let you ferment for about one week. Furthermore, we let you mature slowly for dozens of days and will have beer.

We remove yeast from beer which matured and finish in beer shining in gold with transparence.

You can look at dynamic production line filling bottle and can with completed beer.

※When production line stops, it becomes introduction with picture.

We introduce approach to environment using picture clearly and display about by-product, recycling of waste to occur in factory.


We look at garden of Ibaraki factory from the sky road of 30m above the ground and go to aimutawa of 60m above the ground.

Please enjoy newly made draft beer while looking at Kanto plains in sampling venue of 60m above the ground.

※Because quantity that we can offer per day is limited, offer in extra cold and Dry Black, please note that they may not sample.
※Sampling of beer becomes to three cups in tumbler per person for 20 minutes.
※We may change product which we can sample without notice.
※Minor visit, the whole pregnancy and in period of lactation cannot sample alcoholic beverages driving (as for the motorcycle including fellow passenger) on car, motorcycle by bicycle. We prepare soft drink.
