Meeting/departure
The Shinjuku west exit (please go to "8" directions than center west exit (basement) in MAP.
We advance counterclockwise along rotary and advance to direction of the eighth exit along event open space.
You go on ground from the eighth exit, and please advance towards right (the Keio plaza area) just before Yodobashi Camera.
It is in front of Shinjuku post office when we advance straight. Please advance to around the intersection. (convenience store "Lawson" is seen in across.)
The details of Meet-up place
Person in charge or tour conductor with yellow flag in blue jacket (polo shirt which is dark blue in the summer) which "vip tour" and logo entered is waiting in this. You have you convey the name of representative, and please accept. ※Person in charge will lead to bus after the reception desk.
※Come to Meet-up place that there is tour conductor or person in charge not bus on meeting.
When you do not come in designated Meet-up place at the meeting time, we will leave on schedule. As you do not do notification than tour conductor, person in charge either, come having margin at time.
